AWARE ONLINE SELF-DIRECTED PROGRAMMES
These online programmes aim to support your mental well-being. They are self-directed so that you can complete them in your own time. There are no waiting times, and you can start straight away. Aware recommends completing one programme at a time to get the most from each. You may find these programmes helpful to work through while you wait for the next Life Skills Online programme to open for registration. These programmes are available to anyone aged 18 years and over who resides in Ireland.

AWARE ONLINE TUTOR-LED WELLBEING PROGRAMS
Aware delivers a range of wellbeing programmes to empower adults and young people with the knowledge and skills to look after their mental health and build resilience. The current batch of courses is fully subscribed, so please check their website for when the next programme opens for registration. Spaces are limited, and booking early is advised.
