Life Coaching for MEN 2025
'Promoting Positive Change'

‘Life coaching supporting positive change’ aims to support 8 MEN living in the Shannon Community that meet the criteria for the programme to explore the current challenges in their lives and offer them an opportunity to engage in four professional personal development workshops as well as individual 1:1 life coaching sessions to assist them in identifying and developing a supportive step by step plan for positive change in their lives.

The purpose of providing this programme is to support the participants to break down challenges in their lives and develop individualised step by step action plans that each can adopt to begin to make positive choices which will aim to improve their lives and their families lives for the better as a result.
The life coach will seek to build up the participants confidence and self-awareness and help them to identify their go to coping mechanisms and decide if these are healthy or unhealthy and support them to identify and develop alternative coping strategies for dealing with life events into the future. The theme of self-care and wellness will be evident throughout the workshops and 1:1 sessions also.
Criteria for being accepted on the course.

  • Must make themselves available to attend at least 4 one to one life coaching sessions with the professional life coach either face to face or online over the course of the programme.

Testimonials from participants who completed the
Womens Life Coaching Programme.

I took part in this program as I felt lost at that time. The program has exceeded my expectations. I felt it was brilliant, very clear and easy to understand too. I’ve gained a lot of calm and a great group of new friends. My family has got their mom back! During the individual sessions I learnt different ways to work with my emotions and how to do it all by myself. I gained more self-belief as well! I think every woman should have this kind of knowledge that we got in this program, and I would love to have more sessions. Kasia (May 24).
The program popped up on my Facebook feed at the right time, just when I needed it most. It was more than I had expected. It was truly amazing. The individual sessions were the highlight for me as I had the time to sit and reflect and understand what was going on in my body and what came up for me by giving myself that time. The one-to-one sessions were enlightening for me as well as all the reflections, the breathing exercises. I definitely feel more confident, I believe more in myself and my goals. I feel more free! I feel I’m more understanding and I value my family even more. I see clearly that they are always there for me. I would absolutely recommend this program. There’s so much positivity to be gained from completing the same. Fiona (May 24).
Kasia’s core values are exceptional. It couldn’t have been as good or beneficial without her. I was surprised how deep it was, how healing for the mind and spirit. I feel more self aware, I gained confidence physically, mentally and emotionally. I would definitely recommend this program. You will become more self-aware and empowered. Kasia is a legend. Annie
