Relationships Are Key:
Parenting and caring for children is the most important thing you can ever do. Do you know that the most important relationship your child will ever have is their relationship with you? This relationship lays the foundation for your child’s wellbeing. There are 7 modules in total, each looking at a key relationship element and containing information, resources, videos and links for you to explore further. You may find things that you are very familiar with and things that you may not have realised the importance of. For example, we all know playing is fun but did you realise just how important playing together is for your child? There is a complete module just on play! We have all heard of bonding but have you ever heard it called Valuable Velcro? The Velcro that sticks you together with your child and allows you to separate when you need to. Do you know how children learn about trust and how to move with your child through the Cycle of Trust? What about helping your toddler or teenager self regulate and avoid tantrums? More importantly, can you regulate your own emotions and avoid your tantrums? (CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP ONLINE AND START THE COURSE). |
